摘　　要：在大学生就业难的背景下,初步分析了学生职业意识的内涵和意义,探讨学生应具备的职业意识的主要内在构成要素,提出培养学生职业意识的途径和方法。In the background of the difficult employment and according to the new standard of professional success in the knowledge background, this paper presents that students＇ professional awareness should be focused on and studied further. It initially analyzes the connotation and the significance of students＇ professional awareness and discusses the professional awareness students should have. It also raises the tactics to cultivate the students＇ professional awareness.
