摘 要:利用Gleeble-3800热模拟实验机,模拟了终轧温度对Q550D的组织和性能的影响,用金相显微镜、扫描电镜和透射电镜对不同终轧温度条件下的组织、亚结构进行了观察。结果表明,在800—950℃范围内,随着终轧温度的提高钢中的组织由以板备贝氏体为主+少量粒状贝氏体变为以粒状贝氏体为主+少量板条贝氏体,并有少量多边形铁素体沿原奥氏体晶界析出。钢的抗拉强度和屈服强度均随着终轧温度的升高而降低,-20℃冲击值随终轧温度的提高先升高后降低。试验结果表明,终轧温度为850℃时该钢具有较好的组织和综合力学性能。The microstructure and mechanical properties of Q550D plate under the different finishing rolling temperature is studied by the means of thermo-mechanical simulator Gleeble-3800, the microstrueture and the sub-structure is also observed by OM, SEM and TEM. The results show that when finishing rolling temperature is between 800℃- 950℃ as finishing rolling temperature increasing, the lath bainite is decreased and the granular bainite is increased, and the polygonal ferrite around original austenite grain boundary precipitated. The yield strength and tensile strength are decreased with finishing rolling temperature increasing, the impact energy below -20 ℃ is increased at first and then decreased. The test results show that Q550D plate has better microstructure and synthetic mechanical properties when fin- ishing rolling temperature is 850 ℃.
