新生代农民工继续教育需求状况的实证调查——以江苏省无锡市为个案

摘　　要：随着城市化进程的推进以及社会经济的发展,80年代后出生的新生代农民工逐渐成为农民工群体的主体。他们的劳动素质和文化水平不仅关系到自身的就业和收入水平,还关系到我国人口的整体素质和发展竞争力。以江苏省无锡市为个案,运用问卷调查、访谈等调查方法分析新生代农民工继续教育需求的现状及其影响因素,进而提出有针对性的对策、建议与解决途径。With urbanization and development of social economic,the majority of migrant workers have been taken up by a new generation who were born in or after the 1980's.Their aptitude levels and practical skills are factors highly correlated not only to their employment and income,but to Chinese overall personal qualities and development competitiveness.This paper takes the migrant workers in the city of Wuxi as the subjects,and adopts methods like questionnaire and personal interviews to investigate the present situation of continuing education.The paper analyzes workers' needs,influential factors,and finally concludes some results of this research.
