摘　　要：问卷调查以了解工程建设相关各方之间业务关系、沟通、协作状况及其期望为主要目的。调查结果表明,工程建设项目参与各方认可各方之间具有共同的目标和利益,具有建立并保持良好关系的初衷,但是各方之间的沟通、信任状况并不理想。本研究显示,施工总承包商和业主之间的业务关系最复杂、最重要,而施工总承包商在各相关方之中处于矛盾和冲突最集中的位置,值得进一步探究。In order to find out the actual status of the relations between all the stakeholders in the Chinese construction industry, a questionnaire is designed and posted or sent to the different managers of the related parties. The results of the questionnaire illustrate that there exist the common benefits between the main participants in the construction industry, and they also wish to establish and keep the good relations, but their communications and cooperations are not ideal. The study shows that the general contractors are regarded as the core of the disputes and the conflicts, and that the relations between the owners and the general contractors are the most complex, which is worth our further research.
