摘　　要：加快共性技术服务平台建设无疑为中小企业的发展敞开了机会的窗口,在提升中小企业创新能力和管理水平的同时,逐渐构建与完善共性技术服务平台的建设,使其步入社会化、市场化、专业化。文章对国内外服务平台的现状进行了分析,比较经济发达国家的通行做法和成功经验,指出我国共性技术服务平台建设处于起步发展阶段,并提出了构建与完善我国中小企业共性技术服务平台的相关对策。Undoubtedly, open the opportunity window for SMEs is to speed up the construction of generic technology service platform. Promoting the innovation ability and the management level in SMEs and we gradually construct and improve the generic technology service platform construction, making it into the socialization, marketization and profes-sionaliation. In this paper, it analyzes the current situation of service platform at home and abroad, compares more economic developed countries practices and successful experiences, it points out that the construction of generic technology service platform in China in the initial stage of development, and putting forward innovation development countermeasures for SMEs of generic technical platform and service in China.
