摘　　要：针对连续测力轮对研究、制作过程中对贴片位置的精度要求,研制了TK-LDHX型测力轮对划线台,能快速实现各种测力轮对径向、轴向、基准圆的精确定位划线,为提高测力轮对制作水平及其工艺质量创造了条件。To make the locations of strain gauges on the instrumented wheelset more accurate and thus improve the precision of the instrumented wheelset, a new marking plate of the instrumented wheelset, marked as TK LDHX, has been developed successfully. It can carry out the marking function in radial and axial direction for various kinds of instrumented wheelsets more quickly and accurately. Its successful development plays an important role in improving the process quality and design level for instrument wheelsets.
