摘　　要：创新型创业型人才培养是目前国内高校教育实践探索的一个崭新领域,农林院校加强大学生创业教育,培养大学生创新精神和创业能力,对提高国家创新能力和解决大学生就业问题以及新农村建设具有重要意义。笔者从分析当前经济形势下大学生自主创业的重要意义入手,以福建农林大学创业型人才培养的实践为例,探索农林院校创业型人才培养新模式。The training of innovative entrepreneuriai talents is currently a new area of research in the practice of domestic higher education. To improve the national innovative capacity, to help college students with their employment, and to build a new countryside, it is of significance for agriculture and forestry institutions to enhance the students＇ entrepreneurial education and to cultivate their spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship. Taking the practical case of the training of entrepreneurial talents in Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University as example, the author analyzes the significance of college students starting their own businesses in the present economic situations and explores new models for the training of entrepreneurial talents.
