摘 要:以2,2’-联吡啶(bpy)及4-(9-蒽基)-2,2’-联吡啶(An-bpy)为配位体,设计合成了一种可用于单线态氧高灵敏度高选择性磷光检测的钌(II)配合物磷光探针[Ru(bpy)2(An-bpy)](PF6)2。该探针几乎不发磷光,但与单线态氧反应生成蒽基内过氧化物后,磷光强度显著增强。对各种活性氧组分的磷光响应结果表明探针对单线态氧的识别具有良好的选择性。该探针被用于MoO42--H2O2体系产生单线态氧的磷光检测,最低检出下限为0.17μmol/L。A highly sensitive and selective Ru(Ⅱ) complex-based phosphorescent probe, [Ru(bpy)2(An-bpy)](PF6)2, has been designed and synthesized for the phosphorescence detection of singlet oxygen, using 2,2'-bipyridine (bpy) and 4-(9-anthryl)-2,2'-bipyridine (An-bpy) as ligands. The probe which itself is almost non-phosphorescent, can selectively react with singlet oxygen to yield anthryl-endoperoxide derivative, accompanied by a remarkable phosphorescence enhancement. The phosphorescence response investigations of the probe towards various reactive oxygen species indicate that the probe is highly specific for singlet oxygen. When the probe was used for the phosphorescence detection of singlet oxygen generated from the MoO4^(2-)H2O2 system, a detection limit of 0.17μmol/L was obtained.
