摘 要:目的探讨中期因子(MK)阳性表达与乳腺浸润性导管癌血管生成的关系。方法选择手术切除的浸润性乳腺癌组织53份(乳腺癌组)及乳腺癌旁2 cm组织53份(癌旁组),采用免疫组化PV法检测两组MK蛋白表达情况,同时以CD34标记微血管内皮细胞测定微血管密度(MVD),并对二者的关系进行统计学分析。结果乳腺癌组MK蛋白阳性率为77.36%(41/53),MVD为14.18±4.13;癌旁组MK蛋白阳性率为16.98%(9/53),MVD为10.07±3.27,两组比较P<0.05。乳腺癌组MK蛋白阳性率与MVD呈正相关(r=0.585,P<0.05)。结论 MK蛋白在浸润性乳腺癌组织中高表达,MK表达可促进乳腺癌血管生成。Objective To investigate the relationship between positive expression of midkine(MK) and angiogenesis of infiltrating ductal carcinoma.Methods Chose the surgical resection of infiltrating ductal carcinoma tissues of 53 cases(breast cancer group),and the paracacinoma(2 cm) tissues of 53 cases(paracacinoma group),MK protein expression was detected by immunohistochemical PV method in the two groups,and microvascular endothelial cells with CD34 was marked in order to detect the microvessel-density(MVD) at the same time,the relationship between the two indexes was analyzed by statistical analysis.Results In breast cancer group,MK protein positive rate was 77.36%(41/53),MVD was 14.18±4.13;which in the paracacinoma group was 16.98%(9/53),10.07±3.27,compared between the two groups,both P〈0.05.MK protein positive rate in breast cancer group was positively correlated with its MVD(r=0.585,P〈0.05).Conclusion MK protein showes high expression in infiltrating ductal carcinoma,which can promote angiogenesis of breast cancer.
