摘　　要：目的探讨三阴乳腺癌的临床特点,为提高其诊治水平提供依据。方法将920例乳腺癌患者分为三阴乳腺癌127例(三阴组)和非三阴乳腺癌793例(非三阴组),分析两组临床特点。结果三阴组的主要临床特点为原发肿瘤体积较大,术前化疗较多,易在术后5 a发生转移,患者生存时间短,生活质量差。结论临床医师应掌握三阴乳腺癌的临床特点,以提高诊治水平。Objective To investigate the characteristics of human triple-negative breast cancer,in order to provide basis to improve its diagnosis and treatment level.Methods Total 920 breast cancer patients were divided into triple-negative breast cancer of 127 patients（triple-negative group） and non-triple-negative breast cancer of 793 patients（non-triple-negative group）,and analyzed the clinical characteristics of two groups.Results The main clinical features of triple-negative breast cancers were bigger primary tumor size,more chemotherapy before surgery,trend to metastasize in 5 years after surgery,poor prognosis and life quality.Conclusions Clinicians should master the clinical features of triple-negative breast cancer,in order to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment.
