摘 要:为得到完全可控、响应速度快的高压直流电源,便于电渗流自动检测的实验研究,介绍了一种基于数字信号处理器(DSP)的全数字化高压直流电源。主电路采用电压型PWM控制技术实现Buck变换电路的变压输出,控制电路中利用数字光纤完成隔离与高压反馈信号的输出,用DSP进行数据采集和数字PID算法计算开关信号占空比,对输出电压实时跟踪监控。从控制电路到主电路,完整地介绍了电源系统工作原理并在Matlab/simulink/Simpowersystem平台上就行了仿真实验。结果表明:该全数字电源系统能较好满足电渗流自动检测实验的需要,并且充分发挥了数字电源的便利性和可控性。In order to detect electro-osmosis flow,a digital high-voltage DC(HDC) power supply based on DSP was introduced which was fully controllable and fast response.The structure of the main circuit was Buck converter which was controlled by the voltage PWM control technology.A voltage feedback closed loop was used in the circuit,in which the digital optical fiber was used for isolation and transmission.Addition to data collection,the DSP controller calculated the duty cycle,which was based on the feedback signal,so that the output voltage can be real-timely traced and monitored.Consequently,the principle of the whole system including control circuit and main circuit was described.Finally,with Matlab / simulink / Simpowersystem platforms,the digital HDC power supply was simulated.The results show that the HDC system meets the need of automatically detect electro-osmosis experiment and gives full play to the convenience of digital power and control.
