摘　　要：JC病毒(JCV)是一种在人群中广泛存在的多瘤病毒,对于免疫缺陷患者,可导致进行性多灶性脑白质病(PML)。在没有PML情况下,JCV可使细胞不受控制地快速生长,导致癌症。本文就JCV的分子生物学特性、致瘤机制及其与人类胃癌的关系作一综述。JC virus（JCV） is a kind of polyomavirus that commonly infects humans and is the causative agent of progressive multifocal leukoencephalopathy in immune-compromised patients.Without PML,JCV can make cells grow quickly without being controlled,which leads to cancers.This treatise summarizes the osteogenesis,biological specialization of JCV,the mechanisms of the pathogenesis of tumor and the connection between JCV large tumor antigen and human gastric carcinoma.
