摘　　要：当前农村居民点用地整治主要依托新农村建设工作开展和进行,是新农村建设的核心内容。农村非政府组织新农村理事会在农村建设用地管理等农村公共事务中发挥着日益重要的作用。以江西省赣州市石城县理事会为例,通过对3个行政村的理事会运行现状进行分析,总结了当前非政府组织在农村居民点用地整治运行现状和现实困难,针对性地提出了引导非政府组织在农村居民点用地整治中发挥积极作用的对策措施。Local rural residential land remediation work mainly rely on the development of new rural construction and the core of the new rural construction.Rural non-governmental organizations of rural councils play an increasingly important role in rural public affairs,such as the management of the rural land for construction.An example of Shicheng County council,through the status quo of 3 villages of the council,the author summarized the operating situation and practical difficulties of the current non-governmental organizations in rural residential land remediation.Countermeasures to guide the non-governmental organizations in rural residential land remediation which played an active role were put forward.
