长沙市湿地资源保护及湿地旅游开发社区意愿调查与分析

摘　　要：长沙市湿地资源是保障长沙城市生态安全的重要组成部分,了解城市社区居民对湿地保护的认知及利用诉求,是探索兼顾社区利益的湿地生态保护与开发模式的基础。笔者从居民角度出发,探讨湿地资源对居民生产生活的影响以及湿地旅游的可行性,为湿地保护和利用政策的制定和实施提供理论依据。研究表明,在湿地重要性认知方面,39.87%的居民认为重要;42.38%的居民认为对湿地植被有不严重的破坏现象;67.81%的居民认为城市扩展对湿地有较为明显影响;79.98%的受访者认为湿地保护无需保护措施;95.68%的居民认为湿地开发对当地经济发展有影响;89.46%的居民愿意参与到当地的旅游开发中去,认为湿地旅游有利于促进当地经济发展;但对于项目实施中遇到的开发模式、技术措施等问题尚存疑虑。总之,湿地资源保护与湿地旅游开发是1对可以调和的矛盾,但政策引导、科学规划与社区参与缺一不可。Changsha wetland resource is an important part of urban community residents to protect urban ecological security.And understanding the cognitive and the use of wetland is the basis to explore the balance between community interests and development of wetland protection.It is the theoretical basis for wetland protection and utilization of policy formulation and implementation by thesis from the residents point of wetland resources and tourism.The results showed that 39.87% residents believed that was the important environmental functions of wetlands,58.78% people thought it was general.42.38% people thought that the wetland vegetation were damaged but not seriously;67.81% people believed that urban expansion on wetlands had a more significant effect;79.98% the respondents considered wetlands without protection;95.68% people believed that wetland development had impact on local economic development.89.46% the residents were willing to participate in the development of local tourism to that wetlands help to promote local economic and tourism development.However,it remained concerns for the project encountered in the implementation of the development model,technical measures and other issues.In short,it needed policy guidance and scientific planning and community participation,because they were a paradox between wetland tourism development and wetland resources to protect.
