摘 要:针对传统设计的沥青路面结构需要周期性改建的重大技术难题,从重载作用下路面结构疲劳损坏的机理入手,首次铺筑重载交通条件下具备路面响应实时监测和长期性能观测条件的永久性沥青路面试验生产路。建立了典型重载交通道路的轴载谱参数和重载交通条件下路面力学响应实测数据库。通过对不同结构组合的路面结构力学响应规律的研究,得出了不同的路面受力状态规律,构建了路面力学响应新模型。在以上研究的基础上提出了重载条件下永久性沥青路面典型结构形式,推荐结构4作为典型永久性沥青路面结构推广应用,并初步形成基于累计损伤与极限应变的永久性沥青路面结构设计方法。In order to solve traditional asphalt pavement's major technical problem that had to be reconstructed periodically,based on the pavement structure fatigue damage mechanism,a perpetual pavement testing road for heavy traffic was constructed to monitor pavement responses and long-term performance.By the testing road,database of axle spectra and pavement mechanic response of typical heavy traffic pavements were build.The rules of mechanical conditions for typical pavement structure were concluded and new pavement response models were constructed. Typical pavement structures were compared and section 4 was recommended as typical perpetual pavement structure,a perpetual pavement design method based on accumulated damage and tensile strain threshold was developed.
