高校心理辅导员职业素养提升策略探析

摘　　要：大学生心理健康教育是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,心理辅导员则是高校心理健康教育的重要力量,立足于高校心理辅导员队伍的现状,从道德素养、知识素养、能力素养和人格素养等方面分析了其职业素养的基本构成,并着重从个人和高校两个方面探讨了其职业素养的提升策略。As an important part of the ideological and political education in colleges and universities,students＇ psychological health education is mainly carried out by psychological counselors. Based on the current situations of psychological counselors in colleges and universities,this paper expounded the constitution of the counselors＇ career competence in terms of their moral accomplishments, knowledge, skills and personalities. The strategies about how to promote their career competence are explored as well from the perspectives of individuals and colleges.
