摘  要:采用反相悬浮法合成聚丙烯酸盐涂料印花增稠剂系统考察了分散相含水量对反应过程以及产物性能的影响规律,发现含水量过少会使反应不稳定,容易迅速凝胶;过高则又使产物各种性能普遍下降。在本实验条件下,仅当分散相中所加水量为丙烯酸单体重量的3倍时,聚合物的综合性能达到最佳值,其最大吸水倍率、稀释50倍时的粘度、触变指数和初始渗化时间分别为1200g/g、95Pa·s、4.27和36s。Polyacrylate (PAAS), which was used as pigment printing thickener, was synthesized by inverse suspension polymerization. The influence of water content on reaction was systematically investigated. The results showed that if water content was too low, the reaction was unstable and easy to form gel; if too high, the properties of products generally dropped F only if content was as 3 times as that of ocrylic acid monomers, the comprehensive properties of polymers reached optimum level, the maXimum absorption, viscosity diluted 250 times, coefficient of thixotropy, initial permeation time were 1200 g/g, 95 Pa. s, 4. 27 and 36s respectively.
