摘　　要：智能化电力调度中心采用分布式的软交换系统，融合语音、视频、数据业务于一体，电力调度指挥视频会议有助于电网突发状况的高效解决。本文介绍了基于集中式紧耦合模型的SIP视频会议结构及SIP、MSML等相关协议，对视频会议基本的信令流程进行了分析，探讨了SIP视频会议服务器的总体架构及其主要模块的设计与实现。The softswitch, assimilating voice, video and data services into a uniform framework, has been deployed in a smart power dispatch center. The power dispatch managing video conference helps to slove emergent situations happened in grid. Firstly, this paper introduces architecture of SIP video conference based on concentrative and high coupling model and concept of SIP, MSML and so on. Secondly, it presents the basic signaling flow of a video conference. Finally, it discusses the architecture of a video conference server based on SIP and the design and implementation of main modules.
