摘　　要：针对高职人才的培养需求,对现有高职教育建筑设备课程模式存在问题进行了分析,提出以能力为本位选择,课程内容体现了高技能人才培养方案设计的指导思想,针对人才目标进行了新的课程教改的设置,并以建筑设备工程专业为例,分析了在具体教改中的问题及成效.Based on the training needs of curriculum models in higher vocational education,the existing problems are analyzed in the paper,and a new talent training goal is also put forward,the goal of which is to promote a new curriculum pattern reform for the students major in Construction Equipment Engineering.The competence-oriented guidelines and the specific solutions for the reform,and the reform effect as well are also summarized in the paper.
