摘　　要：分析现阶段武汉"蚁族"群体(简称"江蚁")生活就业和工作幸福感状况,探讨"江蚁"工作幸福感的影响因素、形成机理和提升策略,以期改善"江蚁"的生活就业状况,促进武汉市城市和谐发展,提高武汉市企业人力资源管理水平。This paper analyzed the present situation of life,employment and work well-being of Wuhan ＂ant tribe＂ groups,and discussed the influencing factors,formation mechanism and promotion strategy of their work well-being in order to improve the situation of life and employment of Wuhan ＂ant tribe＂ groups,promote the harmonious development of Wuhan city and improve enterprises′ human resources management in Wuhan.
