积极心理学视角下独立学院新生心理教育模式

摘　　要：独立学院大学新生心理健康教育发展存在诸多问题,主要体现在对象缺乏针对性、组织缺乏专业性和系统性、时间缺乏及时性和持续性、方式缺乏互动性、课程缺乏有效性等方面。鉴于此,应用积极心理学理念,深入分析加强独立学院大学新生心理健康教育的途径和方法,系统研究了在独立学院开展心理健康教育的新模式。There are many problems in the development of mental health education for the freshmen of independent colleges such as a lack of specific object,professional and systematic organization,interactive education mode,effective curriculum and so on.In view of this,based on positive psychology theory,this paper analyzed the methods of strengthening psychological health education and studied the new model of carrying out mental health education in independent colleges.
