政府资助与企业研发投入——基于常州高新技术企业的分析  

On Governmental Subsidization and Enterprise R& D Investment——An Analysis on Hi-tech Enterprises in Changzhou

摘　　要：利用常州2008—2009年高新技术企业数据,验证政府资助是否能够促使企业研发投入的增加。实证结果显示,政府科技资助能显著地促进高新技术企业当年R&D支出的增加,但并不能显著地促进企业次年R&D投入水平的提高。Based on the data of Hi-tech enterprises in Changzhou between 2008 and 2009,the paper verifies whether governmental subsidization can spur the increase of enterprise R D investment.The empirical results show that governmental scientific and technological subsidization can significantly promote Hi-tech enterprises in the increase of R D investment at current year,but has no significant effect on enterprises R D investment next year.
