摘　　要：高校青年女教师是高校科研的重要力量,文章从研究高校青年女教师综合素质入手,分析影响高校青年女教师科研水平的因素,提出提高高校青年女教师科研水平切实可行的方案。Young female teachers are an important part of scientific research force in university. Starting from the research of their comprehensive qualities, this paper analyzes factors affecting their scientific research ability and puts forward feasible plans to improve it.
