摘　　要：抗逆力研究可以分为微观、中观和宏观三个层面,微观的心理抗逆力研究和宏观的社区/社会抗逆力研究较为丰富,中观层面的组织抗逆力研究较为薄弱。首先对微观及宏观层面抗逆力研究进行述评,阐释不同层面抗逆力概念的理论内涵及作用机制,由微观及宏观视角出发,分析中观层面与微观及宏观层面的异同,归纳中观层面组织抗逆力内涵及机制。Resilience researches can be divided into three levels-micro,meso and macro level.Compared to resilience researches of the macro and micro levels,the organizational resilience researches of the meso level are far less abundant.Through the review of micro and macro level resilience researches and the comparison of three-level researches,this paper elucidates the connotation and mechanism of organizational resilience.
