四川省羽毛球裁判员基本结构的现状分析与对策研究

摘　　要：通过对四川省羽毛球裁判员的调查分析,结果表明:四川省羽毛球裁判员队伍存在缺乏高级别的年轻裁判、性别比例和年龄结构不均衡、兼职裁判过多、培训机会少、管理体制不完善、缺乏相应的考核制度等问题,并提出相应的对策,以适应四川省羽毛球比赛的要求,确保四川省羽毛球竞赛工作快速发展。According to the investigation of badminton referees in Sichuan Province,results show that the team have such problems：it lacks of high level young referees,the imbalance of sex ratio and age structure,there are more part-time referees and less training opportunities,the incomplete management system,it lacks of corresponding evaluation system.The paper put forward corresponding countermeasures to these problems,so it will be more adaptable to the Badminton Match,also it will promote the development of the Badminton Match.
