摘  要:选择平均体重60.0 kg(60.0±1.50 kg)的杜长大三元杂交生长猪192头,随机分为4组,GAA组添加GAA 0.80‰,GAA+甜菜碱组添加GAA 0.80‰、甜菜碱0.30‰,GAA+甜菜碱+NDMA组添加GAA 0.80‰、甜菜碱0.30‰、NDMA 0.10‰,研究GAA和NDMA对育肥猪生长和肉品质的影响。结果表明:试验组与对照组相比,日增重显著提高、料肉比显著降低;屠宰率和瘦肉率显著提高,背膘厚降低。这表明GAA能够明显提高育肥猪生产性能,改善育肥猪胴体品质,并且在GAA和NDMA联用时呈现出较好的互作组合效应。In order to study the effects of guanidine acetic acid (GAA) and N-methyl-D-aspartic acid (NDMA) on growth and pork quality of fattening pig, a total of 192 fattening piglets (Duroc x Landrace x Large) with average body weight of 60 kg (60±1.50 kg) were randomly allotted into four treatments, which were as follows: GAA group added with 0.80‰ GAA; GAA+betaine group added with 0.80‰ GAA and 0.30‰ betaine; GAA+betaine+NDMA group added with 0.80‰ GAA, 0.30‰betaine and 0.10‰ NDMA. The results showed that in comparison with control group, daily gain significantly increased and feed conversion ratio significantly decreased; dressing percentage and lean meat percentage significantly increased and back fat thickness decreased. Therefore, GAA can increase the production performances and improve the carcass quality obviously, and better effects of interaction and combination appeared when GAA allied with NDMA.
