摘 要:针对某增压柴油机,运用GT-Power软件对柴油机工作过程进行仿真计算,获得增压器涡轮工作状态参数的变化规律。以柴油机某一工况为例,对涡轮进行了流—热耦合分析,得到涡轮在工作过程中所受到的热载荷和气动载荷。研究了涡轮在离心载荷、热载荷、气动载荷等多场载荷作用下的应力响应,计算了涡轮在不同载荷作用下的应力分布,并对不同应力状态的产生机理进行了分析。最后,研究了各载荷对涡轮应力响应的影响程度。For a turbocharged diesel engine, the working process of diesel engine was simulated with the GT Power software and the rules of state parameters were acquired. In certain conditions, the fluid-thermal coupling of turbine was analyzed and the thermal and aerodynamic loads during the working process were acquired. In addition, the turbine stress responses at centrifugal loads, thermal loads and aerodynamic loads were researched, the stress distribution at different loads was calculated and the mechanisms of different stress states were analyzed. Finally, the influence degrees of different loads on turbine stress re sponse were researched.
