中学生艾滋病知识及态度行为分析

摘　　要：目的了解西充县中学生对艾滋病知识的掌握程度,探讨针对中学生的有效的艾滋病健康教育方式。方法采用匿名问卷对西充县2008年至2011年的中学生进行调查。结果分析4年的调查问卷,西充县中学生艾滋病相关知识的总体知晓率呈直线上升趋势,对血液传播、母婴传播途径掌握得非常清楚,对性接触传播途径、非传播途径及防护知识有误区。结论应持之以恒地在中学生中开展广泛、深入和持久的艾滋病健康教育。Objective This analysis was conducted to investigate the HIV/AIDS knowledge,attitude and behaviors among middle school students in Xichong county for the implementation of effective HIV/AIDS health education among the population.Methods Anonymous questionnaires were conducted among the middle school students in Xichong county from the year 2008 to 2011.Results By analyzing the questionnaires,it was found that the total rate of HIV/AIDS knowledge among middle school students had a sharp-rising trend.Meanwhile,students had a good knowledge of blood transmission and transmission between a mother and her baby.However,students found it a bottleneck to understand sex transmission,the way of non-dissemination and knowledge on how to prevent HIV/AIDS.Conclusion Diverse and long-term activities should be conducted among middle school students,especially among students in lower grades,to strength HIV/AIDS-relate
