摘　　要：目的:探讨信号转导和转录激活因子3(STAT3)对肺腺癌的诊断价值。方法:采用免疫组织化学PV二步法检测人肺腺癌细胞A549和正常人胚肺细胞MRC-5中STAT3、CA125蛋白表达,分析在人肺腺癌细胞A549中STAT3与CA125表达的相关性。结果:STAT3、CA125在人肺腺癌细胞A549中的阳性表达水平均明显高于正常人胚肺细胞MRC-5(P<0.01),且在人肺腺癌细胞A549中STAT3与临床上常用的肺肿瘤标志物CA125的表达均呈正相关。结论:STAT3有望成为一种新的肺肿瘤标志物推荐临床使用。t Objective： To investigate the diagnostic value of STAT3 in lung adenocarcinoma. Methods： Expression of protein of STAT3 and CA125 in lung adenoc arcinoma cell A549 and human normal lung cell MRC-5 were tested by immunohistochemical staining （PV）. The correlation between STAT3 and CA125 in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 was analyzed. Results： （1）The protein levels of STAT3 and CA125 in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549 were apparently higher than that in human normal lung cell MRC-5 （P〈0.01）. The expression level of STAT3 was in positive correlation with CA125 in lung adenocarcinoma cell A549. Conclusion： STAT3 can be served as a new marker of lung cancer and be recommended for clinical use.
