摘 要:目的:探讨利用模拟定位机对经外周中心静脉置管(PICC)导管进行位置验证的研究。方法:用模拟定位机观察比较85例接受PICC穿刺的肿瘤患者的导管位置,并据此建议护士对PICC导管进行校位。结果:导管尖端位于上腔静脉上段9例(10.59%),上腔静脉中段43例(50.59%),上腔静脉下段24例(28.24%),右心房2例(2.35%),颈外静脉3例(3.52%),其他部位4例(4.70%)。一次置管成功率为89.41%。二次置管成功率为100%。结论:利用模拟定位机对PICC导管进行位置校证可以观察导管位置,并建议护士及时对导管进行校位,还可以对化疗患者的PICC导管位置进行跟踪观察,以减少并发症。Objective :To investigate the use of simulating locator of peripherally inserted central catheter (PICC) to verify the catheter location. Methods:The catheter location was observed and compared with the simulator in 85 cases of cancer patients receiving PICC catheter punctures, and accordingly the location of PICC catheter was corrected by nurses. Results:The catheter tip located in superior vena cava in 9 cases (10.59%), in middle of superior vena cava 43 cases (50.59%),in lower segment of superior vena cava 24 cases (28.24%), in right atrium 2 cases (2.35%),in external jugular vein 3 cases (3.52%),in other parts 4 cases (4.70%). The success rate at one try was 89.41%, at two try was 100%. Conclusion:The simulator can verify the location of PICC, the catheter placement can be observed, and the nurse can adjust the catheter position in time.Besides,during chemotherapy in patients with PICC catheter location can be tracked in to reduce complications.
