摘 要:目的探讨自助式教学法在生物化学理论课的应用效果及学生角色的转换。方法将2008级临床医学本科生随机分为实验组(190人)和对照组(181人);对照组采用传统教学法,实验组采用自助式教学法;采用不记名问卷调查和理论考试相结合的方法比较分析两组教学效果间的差异。结果实验组学生的平均成绩和高分数段比例高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。学生对白助式教学法的总体满意度较高。结论自助式教学法确实能够提高学生对教学的满意度,并能显著提高生物化学的教学质量。Objective To discuss application effects and student role of the self-service teaching model in biochemistry theory teaching. Methods The clinical students of Grade 2008 were divided into the experimental group ( 190 person ) and the control group ( 181 person ) at random. The traditional teaching model was used in the control group and sell-service teaching model was adopted in the experi- mental group. The teaching effect was compared by the questionnaire and terminal examinations. Results The experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in average scores. Students were satisfied with the teaching effect. Conclusion The sell-service teaching method is superior compared with the traditional teaching, and the self-service teaching model can improve the teaching quality of biochemistry.
