摘　　要：顶岗实习是教学工作的重要组成部分,必须通过强化过程管理,创新人才培养模式与课程体系,探索多样化的顶岗实习模式,拓展实习基地等措施提高其实效。On- study internship is an important part of teaching work. We muststrengthen the process management, create new curriculum and talents - eultivatingmodels, diversify the models of on - study internship and expand the teaching base. In this way the efficieney can be improved.
