摘　　要：本文从高职院校科研项目经费的来源着手,分析了目前高职院校科研项目经费管理现状及存在的问题,并根据这些问题从科研项目申报、研究、结题三个阶段提出了加强科研项目经费管理应采取的对策。through the studies on the source of the funds for scientific research in higher vocational colleges, this paper analyzes the current administration and some problems, and accordingly put forward some tactics for enhancing the administration of the scientific research funds from three perspectives： declaration, research, and conclusion.
