摘　　要：校企合作实质上是高校和企业相互博弈,寻求"共赢"的过程。本文以博弈论为依托,探讨商务英语专业"工学结合、顶岗实习"模式的合作博弈,并分析影响博弈的各种因素,以实现校企联合办学的"双赢"合作渠道。University - enterprise cooperation actually is a game between the two parts in order to reach ＂win - win＂. This article is based on the game theory to study the ＂work and study cooperation, work placement practice＂ model cooperation game on business English major, analyze its influential factors in order to reach the efficiently ＂win- win＂ cooperation.
