摘　　要：加强装备动员核心能力建设，是新时期军事斗争装备动员准备的重要内容。在界定基本概念的基础上，分析了装备动员核心能力的构成和影响因素，结合当前建设中存在的主要问题，提出了加强装备动员核心能力建设的主要措施。Enhancing the core ability construction of equipment mobilization is the important content for military struggle equipment mobilization readiness. Based on defining what is the core ability of equipment mobilization, this paper analyzes the inscape and influence elements, and combining with the main problems during the construction, probes into the main measures on how to enhance the core ability construction of equipment mobilization.
