摘 要:分别采用3种方式模拟某车架横梁和纵梁的铆接。利用HyperWorks的Optistruct求解器计算3种模型的弯曲、扭转刚度和模态。计算结果表明,rbe2单元模拟铆接比rbe2+beam单元模拟铆接的刚度大。弯曲、扭转刚度和模态频率的差别都小于5%,可以认为是等效的。由于点对点的rbe2模拟连接简单方便,在车架刚度、模态分析时推荐采用rbe2模拟铆接。The frame riveting of beams and stringers was simulated by the three methods. The bending, torsional stiffness and modal of three models were calculated using HyperWorks's Optistruct solver. The results indicate that the stiffness is bigger by rbe2 element to simulate riveting than by rbe2+beam elements. The differences of bending, torsional stiffness and modal frequency are less than 5%, which shows the three models are equivalent. Because of its simplicity and convenience, rbe2 connection is recommended to simulate riveting in the frame stiffness and modal analysis.
