摘　　要：以反思国有企业改革而著称的"反思派",是从"市场派"中游离出来而形成的一个理论派别。"反思派"对国有企业改革提出了超越派别之争,理性反思改革;反对新自由主义误导国有企业改革;国有企业改革要坚持公正性等一系列基本理论与主张。它在我国国有企业改革中发挥了极其独特的积极作用,但也存在一定的缺陷。Known for its reflections on state-owned enterprise reform,the ＂Reflection School＂ is a theoretical school born from the ＂Market School＂.The ＂Reflection School＂ has proposed a series of basic theories and propositions.It advocates that we should reflect on the reform of state-owned enterprises rationally and above Factionalism.It objects to the Neo-liberalism in misleading the state-owned enterprise reform.It also preaches adherence to impartiality in the reform of state-owned enterprises.The ＂Reflection School＂ has been playing a unique and positive role in the state-owned enterprise reform but its theories and propositions are also subject to some limitations.
