高职毕业生就业成本与就业率的关系

摘　　要：高职毕业生就业成本的各要素对能否获得职业机会以及职业机会获得质量的影响明显不一致。学生自身的就业成本占主导地位，同时学生在服装、简历等的对外展示费用对入职起到了很突出的作用，另外学校直接成本如培训指导费和企业的成本也对高职毕业生就业有促进作用，此外，文中对模型得出的结论提出了相关策略建议。The elements of employment cost for higher vocational graduates on availability of occupation and occupation access quality are inconsistent. students clothing, resume and external display costs play a very prominent role. Other direct costs such as school training fees and the cost of the enterprise also have stimulative effect to the employment of graduates in higher vo- cational colleges. Whatinore, this paper proposes some strategic suggestions to the conclusion of the model.
