摘　　要：家族企业的继任问题已成为普遍的难题,而独立学院、特别是发达地区独立学院的学生却有相当一部分即将回到家族企业中就业。面对家族企业的继任难题,针对独立学院学生的特点,结合独立学院办学实际,给出了解决家族式企业继任问题的一些建议。Family business succession issue has become widespread problems, The Independent Institute in particular the developed regions of the Independent College students have a considerable part of the forthcoming return to the family business in employment. Faced with the family business succession problems, the independent student characteristics, Running with the independent Institute of reality, this paper, family-run enterprises to solve the succession problem of some of the recommendations.
