纵折后牙保存治疗的临床分析及疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察并分析后牙完全性纵折的临床治疗效果。方法:对95颗纵折后牙进行一般性分析;根据折裂情况进行不同处理,随访1～5年,评价治疗效果。结果:完全性折裂多发生于上颌后牙,以第一磨牙最多,95颗患牙随访到47颗,5年成功率为77.78%。结论:完善的根管治疗、及时就诊、咬合力、合理的结扎固定以及符合生理要求的全冠修复是治疗成功的关键。Objective： To observe the clinical effectiveness of vertical fractured posterior teeth.Methods：A total of 95 vertical fractured posterior teeth were clinically and properly treated by conservative method.The results were followed up for 5 years and evaluated. Results： The complete microtubule split was common in molars of upper jaw teeth.The first molars were most commonly affected ones among all the posterior teeth studied.After done tracking servey for 47teeth from 95 Already healthy teeth. The treatment results were satisfied with a 5-year success rate of 77.78%.Conclusion：The key to successful treatment for those treated by thorough root canal therapy was in time treatment,oeelusal force, reasonable ligation and fixation as well as complete crown prosthesis.
