乌芪参苓汤治疗肠癌30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨乌芪参苓汤治疗肠癌的临床疗效。方法:将我院2004年2月～2011年8月收治的肠癌患者60例,按照就诊顺序分为对照组与治疗组,每组30例,对照组单独给予西医化疗治疗,治疗组给予乌芪参苓汤联合化疗治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效,统计两组3年和5年生存率,统计不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组的3年和5年生存率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:乌芪参苓汤治疗肠癌的临床疗效确切,能够明显提高患者的生存率,改善生存质量,不良反应小,值得推广应用。Objective： To investigate the Wu Tang Qi Shenling the clinical efficacy of cancer treatment. Methods： 60 patients with colorectal cancer hospital, the control group and treatment groups of 30 patients in the control group treated with chemotherapy alone to give Western medicine, the treatment group received Qishen Ling Wu Tang combined with chemotherapy. Clinical efficacy were observed, statistical incidence of adverse reactions. Results： The total effective rate was significantly higher, 3 and 5-year survival rate was significantly higher; treatment group the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Wu Ling Tang Qishen clinical efficacy of colorectal cancer treatment, can significantly improve the survival rate and improve the quality of life, side effects, should be widely applied.
