摘　　要：目的探讨特异性群体反应性抗体(Panel Reactive Antibody,PRA)对脐血CD34+细胞集落形成的影响。方法取含PRA的β地贫患儿血清,与脐血CD34+细胞、补体联合孵育,行半固体集落培养,观察其对CD34+细胞集落形成影响。结果经PRA阳性血清孵育的脐血CD34+细胞经半固体集落培养所形成的集落数下降。结论地中海贫血血清PRA对脐血CD34+细胞的集落形成能力有抑制作用,补体可增强上述作用。Objective To explore the effect of thalassemia PRA on the colony formation of CD34＋ cells from cord blood.Methods The PRA sera from patients with β-thalassemia,CD34＋ cells of umbilical cord blood were incubated with different sera and complement respectively.Results After the PRA serum incubation the counts of the colony formation of CD34＋ cells from cord blood were decreased.Conclusion That thalassemia serum PRA could inhibit the colony formation of CD34＋ cells from cord blood,which could also be strengthened by the presence of the complement at the given concentration in writer＇s study.
