摘 要:将鲜茶叶粉碎后以正己烷-丙酮为提取溶剂于振荡器上振荡后超声萃取,经活性炭、氟罗里硅土柱色谱净化柱净化后,采用气相色谱-质谱联用法测定茶叶中高效氯氟氰菊酯农药的残留量,得到该方法回收率在92.6%~96.8%之间,相对标准偏差为2.9%~3.2%,方法的最低检出限为0.001mg/kg。该方法测得贵州湄潭地区茶叶样品中高效氯氟氰菊酯农药的最小检出浓度为0.0052mg/kg,远低于我国规定的食品中农药最大残留限量(0.2mg/kg)和欧盟规定的最大残留限量(0.1mg/kg)。A method for the determination of pesticide residues in tea by gas chromatography-mass spect rometry is described in this paper.Pesticides were extracted from tea with acetonit rile in anult rasonic bath and purified on a graphitised carbon black column,and then determined by gas chromatography with elect ron ionization mass spect romet ric detection in the selected ion monitoring mode.The recoveries ranged from 92.6 % to 96.8 %..RSD were 2.9 %~3.2 % and the limit of detection was 0.001 mg/kg.The method measured cyhalothrin minimum detectable concentration of pesticides 0.0052mg/kg in the sample tea of Guizhou Meitan,much lower than China's maximum residue limits for pesticides in food(0.2mg / kg) and EU MRL(0.1mg / kg).
