数字胃肠机双对比造影在早期食管癌诊断中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的分析研究数字胃肠机在早期食管癌诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析33例应用数字X线机行食管双对比造影检查并经胃镜、手术病理证实的早期食管癌的X线表现。结果 33例患者病变主要表现为局部黏膜粗细不均、扭曲及中断,不规则小龛影和充盈缺损,即食管柔软度及舒张度减低,甚至消失。结论数字胃肠机双对比造影可提高早期食管癌的检出率,且安全有效,对早期食管癌的诊断和治疗及预后有极其重要的意义。Objective To explore the clinical value of the digital fluoroscopy system in diagnosis of the early esophageal carcinoma. Methods 33 patients with surgically and pathologically proved early esophageal carcinoma were analyzed retrospectively. Results The performance of all was as follows： local mucous membrane uneven thickness, distortion and interrupt, irregular and filling defect, esophageal softness and comfortable were reduce or disappear. Conclusion Digital fluoroscopy double contrast radiography is safey and can improve the relevance ratio of esophageal carcinoma.
