摘　　要：本文针对高职会计专业学生上岗实习的具体困难，遵循“校企合作”办学模式，从扩大实习岗位范围、主动应用知识技能、回避企业秘密信息的会计岗位实习、优化指导方法、细分实习批次、改进实习组织与考核等方面，探索了会计专业学生企业上岗实习的新途径。Accounting students for vocational training posts specific difficulties, follow the ＂ school-enterprise cooperation＂ mode, from the expansion of the scope of internship positions, active application of knowledge, skills, company confidential information to avoid the accounting job training, optimal guidance method, segmentation training batches to improve other aspects of practice organization and assessment, accounting students explored new ways of corporate induction training.
