摘　　要：本文阐明了建立和完善高校党政管理干部听课制度的重要意义和高校党政管理干部听课制度的内涵及实施步骤,分析了目前高校在实施党政管理干部听课制度过程中存在的问题,并提出了完善高校党政管理干部听课制度的建议。The establishment and enhancement of the appraisal system of classroom teaching for the leading cadres is the key part of the work of the superintendents in colleges and universities, and more importantly, it is the very effective way to improve teaching quality and administrative level. It is significant because it will help carry out the ＂scientific outlook on development＂, and will urge the leading cadres to change their style of working and work,on their own initiative, for the improvement of teaching quality and administrative level.
