摘  要:目的:从运动、房事、睡眠等方面总结当代全国名老中医起居养生经验的共性特征。方法:以全国名老中医为研究对象,针对其运动、房事、睡眠等方面的养生建议与自身实践进行调查和总结分析。结果:58位名老中医的调查数据显示,87.9%的名老中医赞同散步,62.1%赞同太极拳,其他运动项目皆少于50%;69.0%提倡应适度房事,15.5%提倡节欲;93.1%提倡应规律起居,主张注意气候环境、居处环境、衣着、规律睡眠者,分别占70.7%、63.8%、62.1%、89.7%,84.6%提倡睡午觉。名老中医个人施行的情况与主张的比例接近,晚上平均上床睡觉时间为22点24分,最晚上床时间晚上24点,建议睡眠时间7h,午睡平均在13点,长度50min左右。结论:名老中医的运动养生推崇散步和太极拳;房事养生主张顺其自然、适度,并认为进行房事相关气功的修炼是不必要的;注重居处环境、衣物、气候对身体的影响。Objective: Summarize the experience of the national contemporary famous TCM veteran doctors on daily life health regimen and find the similarity among the experience,including sport,sex and personal living.Methods: We had investigated and analysed the suggestions and personal experience of the national contemporary famous TCM veteran experts on daily life health regimen,including sport,sex and personal living.Results: There are 58 effective and complete data collected.For Sport regimen,87.9% of the experts prefer to walking,62.1% are rather play Tai Chi,and the other kinds of the sport types are chosen under 50%.For sex regimen,15.5% of the experts consider doing sex should be restrained,69% consider people should do sex within reasonable limits,no one considers practicing Qi Gong can enhance sexual capability.In terms of personal living,93.1% of the experts suggest living should be regular,and 70.7%,63.8% and 62.1% think that people should pay attention to temperature,living environment and warm clothing respectively.In the statistics of sleeping,89.7% propose to sleep regularly,and 84.6% suggest nap at noon.In the habit of sleeping,79.3% of experts have the habit of sleeping at noon,89.7% sleep regularly.The average time of sleeping at night is 22:24,and the latest time is midnight.The experts suggest that people should sleep 7 hours a day in average and take a siesta at 13pm about 50 minutes.Conclusion: The general opinions from famous veteran doctors on sport regimen are walking and Tai Chi,and they also think that sex should be done moderately.It is unnecessary to practise Qi-Gong to make the enhancement.For daily life,the doctors suggest people to live regularly and pay attention to living environment,warm clothing and temperature.
