摘　　要：文章综述了离子色谱技术在食品分析领域中的最新应用,重点介绍了包括食品中无机阴、阳离子、有机酸、胺类及其他有机碱、植酸、糖类和其他有机化合物等检测,并对离子色谱技术在食品检测中的发展趋势进行了讨论。In the paper,the ion chromatography technologies applied to food analysis governance was reviewed,including the detection of inorganic anion,organic acid,amine,other organic alkali,phytic acid,glucide and other organic compounds in food were emphasized especially,and predicted that the trend of development of ion chromatography technologies in food analysis.
