摘　　要：警察院校培养的人才因具有特殊的职业性,故建设与之相适应的校园文化已成为题中要义。通过调研当前行业院校校园文化建设的现状,在分析警察院校"忠真智勇"校园文化内涵的基础上,提出了以政治教育为手段、以"建构主义"课程观为指导、以"人的发展"为宗旨的教育模式来实现预备警察"忠"信念"、真"性情"、智"技能、"勇"行为的培养目标。To construct adaptable campus culture has become an essence due to the special occupational of police col- lege talents. Through a survey of current situation of campus culture of police colleges, and based on an analysis of campus culture of ＂loyalty, nature, wisdom and bravery＂ of Hunan Police Academy, the paper, raises the points of taking political education as a cartier, ＂human development＂ as a leading rule, course view of ＂constructivism＂ and education mode as a path, in order to achieve the aims of training reserve police of ＂loyalty, nature, wisdom and bravery＂ .
