水产品中8株特殊生化型奇异变形杆菌的分离鉴定

摘　　要：[目的]探讨水产品中8株特殊生化型奇异变形杆菌的分离与鉴定。[方法]从8个批次的鱼粉和冻黄鳍金枪鱼样品中分离到8个菌株,通过表型观察、生化鉴定和16s rDNA及rpoB系统进化分析对其进行了鉴定,并对细菌鉴定的方法选择、减少变形杆菌检测鉴定偏差进行了探讨。[结果]从水产样品中分离的8个菌株经鉴定确认为奇异变形杆菌,且它们的生化特征与典型菌株均存在差异。其中,64285等6个菌株鉴定为KCN阴性的奇异变形杆菌,64284菌株鉴定为KCN阴性、木糖阴性的奇异变形杆菌,20932菌株鉴定为鸟氨酸脱羧酶阴性、KCN阴性的奇异变形杆菌,它与典型的奇异变形杆菌相差较大,是一种非常罕见的生化型。[结论]该研究为变形杆菌的准确鉴定以及预防因其引起的疾病提供科学依据。[Objective] The study aimed to discuss the isolation and identification of 8 Proteus mirabilis strains with the special biochemical type from the aquatic products.[Method] 8 strains were isolated from the samples of 8 batches of the fish meal and the frozen yellowfin tuna and they were identified through the phenotype observation,biochemical appraisal and 16s rDNA and rpoB system evolution analysis.The selection of the bacteria identification methods and the reduction of the identification error for the testing of P.mirabilis were discussed.[Result] 8 strains were isolated from the aquatic products were identified as P.mirabilis,and their biochemical characteristics had difference with that of the typical strains.Among which,6 strains such as 64285 strain were identified as KCN negative P.mirabilis,64284 strains was identified as KCN negative and xylose negative P.mirabilis and 20932 strain was identidied as the ornithine decarboxylase negative and KCN negative P.mirabilis which had a large difference with the typical P.mirabilis and was a very rare biochemical type.[Conclusion] The study provided the scientific basis for the accurate identification of P.mirabilis and the prevention of the disease caused by P.mirabilis.
